PCA Chemical Peel

Microneedling

Slower, firmer work that reaches the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Best suited to chronic tightness, recurring knots and the areas that have not let go under lighter massage.

Pressure is agreed with you at the start and adjusted throughout — deep does not have to mean painful. Where they will help, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage are worked into the same session.

Swedish Massage

Long, flowing strokes across the whole body to release surface tension, improve circulation and let the nervous system settle. Pressure stays light to medium throughout.

This is the most straightforwardly relaxing option on the menu, and a good place to start if you are new to massage or want to switch off rather than work on a specific problem area.
